Happy Thanksgiving From Our Family to Yours

The team here at LiveWell Outdoors is close. The members of our team are like an extended family. We’ve been through a lot together this year, and we are grateful for each other, our clients, our health, and much more. Today, we’re sharing all that we’re thankful for, as well as some of our favorite Thanksgiving foods and things to do with all those leftovers!

Bill

I’m thankful for my family first and foremost. I’m also thankful for the great team we have at LiveWell Outdoors and what they’ve done to make us who we are. Couldn’t have done it any other way.

As for food, I love putting all my leftovers between two slices of bread to see what happens. I call it the “Bill Special.”

Stephen

I am thankful to be alive at this point in history and that every day is a new day and a fresh start. And that I have the opportunity to provide for my family through LiveWell Outdoors. I’m also thankful for my incredible family who keep me together.

Next-day ham sandwiches are what I look forward to!

Manique

I am thankful for my family and friends. My health. I am also thankful for my new job at LiveWell Outdoors and the warm welcome!

My favorite turkey day leftovers are turkey sandwiches and my grandmother’s turkey soup.

“Cultivate the habit of being grateful for every good thing that comes to you, and to give thanks continuously. And because all things have contributed to your advancement, you should include all things in your gratitude.” – Ralph Waldo Emerson

Justin

I’m thankful for my family. I’m usually eating leftovers at 2 am because that’s when my dog usually wants to go outside!

Connie

I am thankful for my two sons, their wives, my grandkiddos, and the rest of my family and friends plus my animals; that my husband and I are, in general, in very good health; I have food and shelter and have basic needs met; I’m in a position to help others financially and otherwise; I live in this country; and that the good Lord blesses me in ways I cannot even begin to describe.

My favorite Thanksgiving recipe is a Cornbread/Sausage Stuffing recipe that’s scrumptious – so good we’ve used for years.

Connie received this recipe from a friend many years ago and doesn’t know who the author is. We’d love to credit the author so if you know who it is, please share it with us!

Matthew

I’m thankful for family, friends, job, and life.

For Thanksgiving dinner, our turkey is typically cooked in an oven. This year will be special with the Turducken!!!!!!!!!!!! I usually have sandwiches and salad from leftovers the next day.

Alecia

I am thankful foremost for my faith and family, especially this year!

For Thanksgiving dinner, I go straight for the Macaroni & Cheese (Sharp Cheddar, Mozzarella, and Pepper Jack), loaded with spinach thoroughly mixed in, with other minor ingredients, bake, eat, yum!

Sydnie

I am thankful for my family and friends and thankful for a new journey to come.

I don’t really like Thanksgiving food at all. But I do love leftover Southern Maryland Stuffed Ham. My family and I stuff ourselves. So good! Also, I like to put ham on a brioche bun with mayo and cheese.

Andy

I am thankful for my health and overall wellbeing. Cold turkey sandwiches the next day are the best.

“Reflect upon your present blessings—of which every man has many—not on your past misfortunes, of which all men have some.” – Charles Dickens

Troy

I’m thankful to be healthy and to work with a great bunch of fools! (LOL)

Leftovers?? I typically chop it all up and mix it in with scrambled eggs. Yummy!

Timothy

I am thankful for having a home, a good job, and being surrounded by people I care about.

One of my favorite holiday dishes is homemade cranberry sauce that my grandmother makes.

Deb

I’m thankful for family and friends and good health.

I’m not a fan of Thanksgiving Day food but I do love apple pie for breakfast (yum!) and ham sandwiches for lunch the next day.

We are so grateful for all of you!

Sending you peace and warmth during this unusual time.
