Initial Meeting

What happens during the initial meeting?

  • Review client ideas and dreams for their backyard in our resource room.
  • Share photos of similar designs and projects for inspiration.
  • Walk-through outdoor display area to see various materials.
  • A thorough review of our design process will be followed up with a detailed design agreement describing the scope of work and design fees.

Site Analysis

What happens during the analysis of your property?

  • We conduct a thorough and precise site inventory to locate existing structures, views, topography, etc.
  • Review of all building and county codes, restrictions, and ordinances.
  • All measurements are recorded in a scaled-out base-map drawing.

3D Virtual Immersion Tour

What is the purpose of the 3D Tour?

  • One 3D outdoor living concept will be prepared for you. You then select the features that you love to create a final outdoor living plan.
  • 3D virtual tour lets you see how your property will look after it’s constructed. It’s the ultimate immersion experience.
  • Review investment objectives and accept retainer agreement (Letter of Intent) to take advantage of our FastPass process to expedite your project scheduling.
  • Final contract with exact scope of work is reviewed and signed.
