We all find ourselves in extraordinary circumstances, coming together to ensure the health and safety of our families, neighbors, and communities as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to escalate.

During this time, our hearts go out to everyone impacted by COVID-19, including those diagnosed with the virus, all of the caregivers at home and in health care, and those whose lives have been disrupted.

We are working to continue to serve our clients with the extraordinary service they are used to receiving. Below are a few things we are doing to help us remain safe and connected. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions and stay well!

Meeting with You

• We have the ability to meet virtually throughout the entire process.
• Your complimentary consultation in our resource room can be done from the comfort of your home. We’ll take all the necessary site photos prior to this meeting and will certainly let you know beforehand when one of our team members will be dropping by.
• Your next and most exciting meeting is when you are scheduled to review your dream outdoor living space through our virtual immersion software. This can also be done from the comfort of your home. While sitting on your couch, you’ll be able to see all the possibilities of your outdoor living area come to life.
• Our proposals and design agreements can also be viewed and signed electronically.

Make Design Choices

• To see product samples, we can review and discuss options virtually as well, and even conduct a virtual tour of our outside display areas when appropriate.  In addition, we can drop samples off at your house while abiding by all proper sanitation procedures.
• You are also welcome to visit our outdoor display area and review options with appropriate physical distancing in place.  If you’d prefer, we can schedule a time for you to come by on your own without any interaction from our team. We will be sure to mark out key features that pertain specifically to your project.

When it’s time for us to start your project:

• We will notify you of your project start date. Again, when we come to your home, we will not come to the door, but will just immediately get to work.
• Our team will be kept small and you have our assurance that everyone working on your property is healthy.
• Our team is also supplied with hand sanitizers, disinfectant wipes, and a bleach spray to regularly clean their trucks and equipment.
• Our typical outdoor construction projects do not require access to the inside of your house at any point. As usual, your project manager, Andy, will stay in touch with you via email or phone.
